The Village Green at Annandale is a sustainable eco-community composed of luxury townhomes and apartments. The entire village is powered by our unparalleled 322 kW solar field, allowing residents to use environmentally friendly power while maintaining low energy costs. Beyond this, all residents have access to the Annandale train station, which connects to Newark, New York City, and surrounding metropolitan areas.
